Motohisa Yamaguchi

Motohisa Yamaguchi is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Head of Sales at Kraken since December 2023. Yamaguchi has held significant roles in various companies, including as VP Sales for Energy Utility & Telecom at IFS from November 2021 to November 2023, and as a Senior Account Executive in Cloud Sales at Salesforce between February 2020 and November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director for ClickSoftware in Japan, where responsibilities involved building the business from scratch for major service-providing companies, and as Sales Director at Syncron, focusing on service parts optimization for discrete manufacturing OEMs. Previous positions also include SLM Sales Manager and various sales leadership roles at PTC, as well as Account Manager at Siemens PLM Software. Yamaguchi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Waseda University, completed in 1993.
