Margot H. Usdan

Margot H. Usdan serves as the chief financial officer and a managing director of Kramer Levin. In this role, she directs the firm’s accounting and finance operations and is responsible for the financial reporting, budgeting, partnership tax filings, partner accounts, cash management, treasury, accounts payable, billing and collections, escrow administration, and payroll functions. Margot participates in the firm’s strategic financial planning efforts and is a member of the firm’s Finance Committee. She leads a team of 30 professionals and staff and collaborates on the development and implementation of new financial systems.
