Antonio Menéndez Sierra has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Antonio currently serves as the HR Lead Iberia at Kramp, where they contribute to the company's growth across 24 European countries. Prior to this, Antonio worked as the HR Director at Garcia-Carrion, a leading wine and juice market brand in Spain with a strong international presence. Before that, they held the position of HR Director at Ecix Group and Talent Director at Garcia-Carrion. Antonio also has experience as a Director and Headhunter at their own brand, Balanced Recruitment. Additionally, they have worked as an HR Development Director at Solvia Inmobiliaria and as a Training and Development Manager at MediaMarkt Iberia. Antonio has also worked as a Senior Consultant at prinzipal partners and as a Training Manager at both Banco Pastor and Banco Caixa Geral.

Antonio Menéndez Sierra completed their Executive Master in Labour Relations at Sagardoy Business & Law School from 2020 to 2021. Antonio also obtained a certification as a Predictive Index Analyst from The Predictive Index in 2013. Additionally, they have a degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which they completed from 1995 to 2000. Other educational experiences include a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Centro de Estudios Garrigues from 2000 to 2001, completed courses in Personnel Selection, Variable Remuneration Systems, and Internal Marketing HR from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2008, and a Leadership and Management of Financial Entities degree from Universidad CEU San Pablo in 2009.
