Martijn van Bodegom

Martijn van Bodegom has a solid work experience in the field of HR, with their most recent position as the Head of HR Europe at Kramp since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of International HR Business Manager at Kramp from January 2020 to March 2021. Before joining Kramp, Martijn worked at Alliander where they served as a Strategisch HR Business Partner for Alliander | Qirion from January 2016 to January 2020, and as an HR Business Partner for Alliander | Liandon from December 2010 to December 2015.

Martijn van Bodegom holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management & Organization from TIAS School for Business and Society, which they completed from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained another Msc degree in Management & Organisation from Tilburg University during the same period. In 2014, Martijn also acquired a Lean Green Belt certification from the Lean Consultancy Group. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen in 2005, and a Bachelor's degree in Personeel en arbeid from HAN University of Applied Sciences in 2002.
