Shawn McGlinchey

Shawn McGlinchey, ARM, has extensive experience in risk management and insurance relations, currently serving as the leader of the 42 Group at Krapf Group since May 2010, where responsibilities include providing risk management solutions and training programs for the school bus and transportation industry. In previous roles, Shawn held the position of Vice President of Risk Management, overseeing risk and claims management for a large school bus fleet across multiple states, and served as Director of Risk Management at Harleysville Insurance Companies, leading a 45-member Risk Service Department. Additionally, Shawn has a background in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves as Reserve Executive Officer, responsible for strategic planning and readiness preparations for multiple federal and state resources. Shawn holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Stockton University and has completed the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve Officer Candidate School.
