Douglas Smith

Douglas Smith is the Head of Product / Analytics / AI at Krateo.ai, a co-founder of an AI-fueled "Data Insights Platform". Douglas was previously the Managing Director at Abacus Analytix LLC, where Douglas provided BI strategy and analytics to various industries. Before that, Douglas was the Executive Director of Business Intelligence at Lucid, LLC and held various leadership roles at IBM for nearly two decades. Douglas also worked as a Managing Consultant at KPMG US, focusing on strategy and business process transformation for government agencies. Douglas holds a M.S. degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Virginia Tech.
