Billy Warner

Billy Warner, PMP has extensive experience in business development and program management in the defense and technology industries. Billy currently serves as the Director of Aviation Business Development at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at USfalcon as a Program Manager and Director of Business Development from October 2012 to June 2020. Billy also held the position of Director of Business Development at ManTech from March 2011 to October 2012. Billy Warner has proven expertise in business development and program management, with previous roles at WestWind Technologies, Elcoteq, Benchmark Electronics, Motorola, Avex Electronics, Compaq Computer, and Northern Telecom.

Billy Warner, PMP has a diverse education history. Billy attended Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1994 to 1997, and the University of Houston-Downtown from 1989 to 1992, where they studied Electrical Engineering Technology. Billy also briefly attended Tennessee State University in 1988. In 1979, they received an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Nashville State Technical Institute. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Father Ryan HS. In terms of certifications, Billy obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2015, and their ITIL Foundation certification in 2013.
