Bryan Torres

Bryan Torres has extensive work experience in project management and operations. Bryan is currently the Director of Project Management at Krause and Kinsman Law Firm, where they oversee multiple mass tort lawsuits and provides strategic support to the contact center operations management team. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Project Management & Operations at BeeperMD, where they led cross-functional teams and managed contact center operations across divisions. Bryan also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Papa, coordinating and guiding teams within the Customer Care department. In earlier roles at Opticall BPO, Bryan served as the Support Systems Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Project Coordinator, and Business Intelligence Specialist - Continuous Improvement. Bryan began their career at Sitel as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative before progressing to roles as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Supervisor of Operations. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and customer experience.

Bryan Torres holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua, which they obtained from 2016 to 2020. Bryan is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from both the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) and UNIR Mexico, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Bryan has also acquired several certifications, including Agile Foundations, Agile Project Management, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Scrum: Advanced, Six Sigma: Green Belt, Scrum: The Basics, and Software Project Management Foundations.
