Johnny Waterschoot

Johnny Waterschoot is an experienced entrepreneur and business consultant, currently serving as the Owner of Aesiris, where tailored consulting services are provided to drive innovation and support startups. In addition to mentoring young companies at Start it @kbc and advising at BOARDIO, Johnny has owned Fight2Survive, one of West-Flanders' largest self-defense clubs, and holds various teaching roles in Krav Maga. Formerly, Johnny led corporate innovation initiatives at EY as both the Europe West EY wavespace VentureSpace Lead and Antwerp wavespace team leader, and managed European innovation programs at both imec and iMinds. Johnny’s extensive career includes significant marketing management roles at Intel Capital and Xircom, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management from Arteveldehogeschool.
