Felipe Montoya Rodríguez, MSc (NYU), CSM®

Felipe Montoya Rodríguez, MSc (NYU), CSM®, has a diverse range of work experience in roles such as Partnerships Manager at Kravata, where they establish and manages strategic partnerships with organizations and businesses to drive growth and enhance business performance. Felipe also has experience as the Co-Founder of FeLibertarian, a Graduate Assistant at New York University, and an Enabler at FinTech Connector. Previously, Felipe worked as an Asesor en la GIT Asesoría Jurídica en Estructuración at Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI) and as a Director de licitaciones and Director Jurídico at BONUS Banca de Inversión S.A.S., where they provided legal advice on infrastructure projects and led the preparation of bidding documents.

Felipe Montoya Rodríguez obtained their Bachelor's degrees in Ciencia Política and Abogado from Universidad de Los Andes, completing their studies from 2009 to 2014. Felipe then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in Public Law at the same university from 2016 to 2019. In 2021, Felipe enrolled in a Master of Science (MS) program in Management of Technology at New York University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

In terms of certifications, Felipe has acquired various additional qualifications. These include Agile Project Leadership and Blockchain: Learning Solidity certifications from LinkedIn, which they obtained in August 2021. Felipe also holds the Infrastructure Business Cases Foundation certification from APMG International, obtained in March 2021. Furthermore, Felipe has obtained multiple certifications related to Scrum methodology, including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in February 2019. Felipe also holds a certification in Fintech Security and Regulation (RegTech) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, obtained in November 2018, and a certification in Fintech Law and Policy from Duke University School of Law, obtained in September 2018.
