Annis Gill

Annis Gill has three years of work experience. In 2018, they began working for Abacus Consulting as a Customer Service Representative, where they conducted outbound calls to stakeholders and customers related to various surveys, gauged customer feedback and issues, and received inbound calls from customers interested for sign ups and disseminating accurate product info. Also in 2018, they started working for Daraz as a Station Coordinator, where they managed customer related services and operations related activities at Daraz Shop, managed backlog related to customer returns, pickups and return to vendor parcels, and provided info to various customer and seller related queries. In 2022, they began working for Krave Mart (YC S22) as a Commercial Operations Executive, where they maintained close relations with existing brands, ensured stock availability at distribution center and dark stores in Islamabad, and supported Commercial Specialist in Islamabad.

Annis Gill completed their Master of Commerce in Banking and Finance from Army Public College of Management Science between 2013 and 2015.
