Chris Karambatsos

Chris Karambatsos is a legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate law and business management. As the Founding Partner at KRB Avocats since October 2014, Chris has demonstrated expertise in legal practice, particularly in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as the President of the Hellenic Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal since October 2020, Chris plays a pivotal role in community and business leadership. Previously, Chris held the position of Vice-President of Business Development and Compliance at FCM Recycling Inc., overseeing operations and regulatory compliance across multiple Canadian facilities. Chris's legal experience includes working as a lawyer at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and financing matters. Chris holds a Licentiate in Law and a Juris Doctorate, both awarded magna cum laude from the University of Ottawa.
