Diana Lyrintzis

Diana Lyrintzis is a distinguished corporate/commercial attorney with extensive experience in real estate, secured lending, mergers & acquisitions, and environmental law. Currently a Partner at KRB Avocats since July 2017, Diana previously served as a Partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP from August 2006 to July 2017, and held the position of Assistant Brand Manager at Fletcher Leisure Group from February 2001 to April 2004. Diana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a BCL, both from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Concordia University.
