Michał Chałupa

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where support for innovation projects is provided through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape by making the process more dynamic and reliable. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha contributed to creating decentralized infrastructures in the energy sector. Additional experience includes serving on advisory boards and as a blockchain developer for various organizations. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and furthered education in fintech and project management.
