Sergiusz Bezniakow

Sergiusz Bezniakow is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and program management. Currently serving as Agile Team Lead at People Can Fly Studio since January 2022, and as Managing Partner at Agility Tide since December 2018, Sergiusz also holds a position as Manager Product Development at Kreditech Holding SSL GmbH, where significant contributions include designing a loan mass repayment solution for the EU market and an integrated payments processing system for the South Asia market. Prior experience includes roles as Program Director at Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A., focusing on digital transformation and operational merger projects, and various project management roles at Nationale-Nederlanden, PWPW, and AXA, where emphasis was placed on financial transformation, process optimization, and agile methodologies.
