Denny Suryamin

Denny Suryamin is an experienced professional in business operations and analytics, currently serving as Lead Growth Analytics at FinAccel since June 2020, where key achievements include designing a capacity model for the Field Collection department, improving KPI structures, and restructuring discount programs to enhance repayment rates and reduce costs. Prior to FinAccel, Denny worked at JULO as a Business Operation and Data Associate, where responsibilities included rebuilding capacity models for the Desk Collection department and redesigning early collection processes. Denny's career also includes roles in operations and support management at PT.
