Lukasz Reksa

Lukasz Reksa is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Kredyt Inkaso since January 2020, Lukasz has previously held positions including Head of Compliance at FCA-Group Bank Polska S.A. and Chief Specialist at Getin Noble Bank S.A. Notably, Lukasz has a strong background in regulatory compliance, policy development, and risk management, having worked at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority where Lukasz led the Prudential Regulations Unit. In addition to practical experience, Lukasz has an academic background as a senior lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics, focusing on mortgage banking and banking regulations. Lukasz holds a Master's Degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a postgraduate degree in European Studies from the University of Warsaw.
