Lars Hill

Lars Hill has a diverse background in technical building management, operations, and engineering. Currently serving in the Technisches Gebäudemanagement at Kreisverwaltung Viersen since January 2023, Lars brings extensive experience from previous roles as Operations Manager at Honeywell, where responsibilities included production leadership and material supply management from July 2016 to November 2022. Prior to that, Lars worked as Engineering Supervisor at Novar GmbH from June 2003 to July 2016, focusing on R&D project engineering and manufacturing technologies. Lars holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Automation Technology from Hochschule Niederrhein (1998-2003) and a certification as Brandschutzbeauftragter from VdS in 2014.
