Valerie McArth

Valerie McArth is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and service operations. Currently serving as the Head of Service Management at Enhance IT and as an Information Technology Project Manager at KREWE since 2019, Valerie oversees day-to-day IT operations and manages project budgets, resources, and vendor processes to ensure data security. Previously, Valerie worked as an IT Project Coordinator at JioSaavn, coordinating project activities and liaising with clients, and as an IT Support Engineer at Reforge, providing technical support. Valerie holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from UMass Boston.
