Michelle Philo

Michelle Philo is the Founder and CEO of Philo Law Firm, P.C., providing estate planning, trust administration, and probate services since March 2015. With a focus on Southern California, services include assistance with trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directives. Additionally, Michelle serves as Of Counsel at Kring & Chung, LLP, practicing in general civil litigation, business transactions, and estate planning. Previous experience includes serving as General Counsel for Adtile Technologies and holding leadership positions within the American Bar Association and Whittier Law School, where Michelle was elected Vice Chair SBA and served as the SBA President. Michelle earned a Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from Chapman University.
