Kimberly Carson, MPH, C-IAYT has extensive work experience in the field of integrative health and mindfulness. Kimberly started their career in 1991 at Duke University Health System as a Clinical Research Coordinator and continued in this role until 1996. In 1998, they established Mindful Yoga Works and served as an instructor, trainer, and researcher.
In 2001, Kimberly joined the University of Florida as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Instructor and Researcher until 2002. Kimberly then returned to Duke University Health System in 2002 as a Clinical Research Coordinator, where they worked until 2005.
