Natalia Ardila Mejia has over 15 years of work experience in customer service, quality assurance, and operations management. Natalia began their career in 2005 as a Time Analyst at Indumil. In 2006, they joined Pulpas y Conservas La Unión EAT as a Quality Analyst. Natalia then moved to CPA Ferrere in 2007 as a Supervisor, where they were responsible for designing and implementing a master plan, identifying risks, and analyzing and reporting the progress of the project. In 2015, Natalia joined Equifax as an Operational Excellence Leader for Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Natalia was the Project Leader of the Ops initiatives and Projects across Latam, focusing on customer experience. In 2019, Natalia joined PedidosYa as the Latam Manager of Lead Management & Quality Check, where they were responsible for the definition and implementation of development strategy and optimization of work processes, as well as managing a staff of 80 people. In 2020, Natalia joined Equifax as a Customer Support Manager for Central America & Mexico, and Equifax Mexico as a Customer Support Manager for Mexico. Natalia is currently the Chief Experience Officer - CXO at Kriptos.
Natalia Ardila Mejia obtained a Bachelor in Industrial Engineer from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada between 2002 and 2007. In 2008 and 2010, they obtained a Post-degree in Organizational Change from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga’. In 2014 and 2015, they received a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from Project Management Institute: PMI. In 2016 and 2017, they obtained a Lean Green Belt Certification from Equifax. Additionally, they have obtained a Customer Success for Impact certification from Winning by Design in August 2022 and a PMP certification from PMI.
