Des Naidoo is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Krispy Kreme UK and IRE since December 2011, Des manages a region consisting of 9 retail stores, 75 wholesale partnerships, and a flagship retail and central production facility, driving significant revenue and EBITDA performance. Previous experience includes serving as Area Manager at Pizza Hut UK, Operations Manager at Tootsies and Dexters, and various roles at The Bombay Bicycle Club, where operational oversight was managed across multiple venues.
