Rachel Gosselin

Rachel Gosselin, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Compensation at Krispy Kreme since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Compensation Manager at Braze from October 2022 to May 2023 and at Help at Home from May 2022 to September 2022. Rachel's experience also includes various roles at Premier, Inc., including Senior Compensation Analyst, Compensation Analyst, and Associate Compensation Analyst from June 2017 to May 2022. Earlier in career, Rachel worked as a Compensation Analyst and HR Specialist at The Andersons, Inc., and gained experience as a Human Resource Intern at both The Andersons, Inc. and The Toledo Zoo. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Business Law from The University of Toledo in 2016.
