Chelsea Hilt

Chelsea Hilt has worked in various marketing roles since 2012. Chelsea began their career as a Territory Sales Representative for MillerCoors. In 2016, they joined [solidcore] as a Marketing+Retail Coordinator and Business Manager, where they developed influencer, partnership and field marketing initiatives to increase studio visits and drive brand awareness. In 2018, they joined Krista Mashore Coaching as the Marketing Director. In this role, they were responsible for lifecycle brand marketing and ascension roadmap, focused on efficiency, growth, LTV and impact opportunities. Chelsea also directed lead/audience facing marketing functions, collaborated across teams, and set and managed KPI performance. Under their leadership, the brand achieved 8x 2-Comma Club Awards, 2x 2-Comma Club X Award, and 2-Comma Club C Award, and reached over $35 Million in sales in just 5 years.

Chelsea Hilt obtained a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Rutgers University between 2006 and 2010. In 2016, they obtained a [solidcore] coach certification from [solidcore]. In February 2020, they obtained a NJ Real Estate License from the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae.
