Gaurav Rustagi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and customer development roles across major global companies. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Kristal.AI since August 2022, Gaurav previously held multiple leadership positions at Unilever from May 2015 to July 2022, including Shopper & Customer Marketing Director for Arabia and Managing Director for Binzagr Unilever Distribution Company in Saudi Arabia. Gaurav's roles at Unilever involved leading large teams, driving financial performance, and executing strategic initiatives across various markets in the GCC and North Africa. Prior experience includes significant positions at The Coca-Cola Company, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, and PepsiCo, where Gaurav focused on sales growth, account management, and customer development. Gaurav holds a PGDM in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
