Adam Adler is a managing director of the Restructuring Administration practice. Adam leverages over 20 years of experience.
Adam created and implemented several of the Restructuring Administration service groups, including the global contact center and special projects group. Over the years, he has helped maintain strict quality control procedures and expanded the business services group, including supervising and managing the claim and document processing center.
Prior to joining Kroll’s Restructuring Administration practice (formerly known as Prime Clerk), Adam was at partner at Bracewell & Giuliani in the Corporate and Private Investment Funds groups. Adam represented companies, private investment firms and other financial institutions on matters including distressed investments, in and out of court restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to working at Bracewell, Adam was an associate in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring group of Fried Frank.
Adam has overseen some of the largest service initiatives in the Restructuring Administration practice, including the claim processing and contact centers for the restructurings of Takata, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, PG&E and Purdue, for which thousands of claims were received and processed and thousands of inquiries were received and addressed; contract reviews in connection with the restructurings of Caesars, Avaya and Vanguard Natural Resources, for which thousands of contracts were reviewed; and the establishment of external claim and document submission centers in Puerto Rico and California.
Adam graduated from the University of Michigan and holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
