Craig Wymant is Kroll’s Chief People Officer, based in London. In this role, he oversees the global People Function and is responsible for leading the people strategy in support of Kroll’s commercial vision and developing a culture of high performance and success. With more than 20 years’ experience of leadership success across multiple industries, geographies, public FTSE 100 and private PE-backed companies, Craig understands the levers of growth needed to deliver strategic, complex and large-scale business transformation and organizational change.
