Dania Micala

Dania Micala is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Director and Global Head of Social Media at Kroll since February 2024. Prior to this, Dania held the position of Director of Communications at Unqork from September 2020 to February 2024, where leadership in Communications, Social Media, and Content was a primary focus. Dania also served as the Global Head of Social Media at TripActions from April 2019 to April 2020. Prior roles include Social Media and Communications management at MongoDB and founding the Dania Micala Group, a marketing and communications agency for various brands, from November 2014 to April 2019. Dania's early career featured performances as a professional dancer and choreographer at NYC Dance. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Franklin & Marshall College and various certificates in Women in Leadership and Social Media Management from Cornell University and Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
