Nicolaj Bording

Nicolaj Bording is a Partner at Kromann Reumert, specializing in intellectual property and litigation since November 2012. Prior to this role, Nicolaj served as a Visiting International Attorney in the Patent Litigation Group at Morrison & Foerster LLP for a brief period in 2012. Nicolaj's career at Kromann Reumert began in 2005, where roles included Attorney-at-law, Assistant Attorney, and Legal Intern. Prior experience includes serving as a Legal Clerk at the Danish Ministry of Defense and holding the rank of First Lieutenant in the Royal Danish Lifeguards. Nicolaj holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Stanford Law School, and also earned a Master of Laws from Københavns Universitet and additional education from the University of Paris. Further qualifications include an Officer of the reserve degree from the Royal Danish Lifeguards and high school education from Sorø Akademi.
