Andy Kitching

Andy Kitching is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and service desk roles. Currently serving as a Second Line Technical Support Engineer at Krome Technologies Ltd since June 2023, Andy previously worked at Nxt Gen IT and Tier One in similar capacities, providing remote support and managing ticket escalations. Prior experience includes positions at Eze Castle Integration as a GSG Support Analyst, Plan International as a Service Desk Analyst, and ITEC intelligent services as a Site Analyst at Mars. Andy began IT career as an IT Support Technician at Thomas Danby College and later served as an IT Officer at the University of Surrey. Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Kent.
