Mari Tuomela

Mari Tuomela has extensive experience in sales and business development. Mari began their career in 2006 as a Spare Parts Coordinator at Metso, where they held the same role until 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Master's Thesis Worker and Project Engineer at KONE. In 2009, Mari joined Vaisala Oyj, where they held the roles of Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, and Tender Specialist. In 2014, they became an Area Manager at Serres Oy, where they were responsible for 12 countries and generated a third of the company's turnover. In 2016, Mari joined Environics Oy as an Area Manager and Business Development professional. Most recently, they have been the Head of Sales for EMEA & APAC at Kromek Group plc since 2019.

Mari Tuomela obtained their M.Sc. (Tech.), Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology in Finland from 2003 to 2009. Mari also received an International Business Certificate from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned their Finnish Matriculation Examination from Lycée franco-finlandais d'Helsinki from 2000 to 2003, and their Brevet des collèges from Lycée Franco-Hellénique in Athens from 1998 to 2000.
