I love taking my pitbulls to the greenbelt, powerlifting, making enchiladas, and creating repeatable processes.

Qualities I value in my colleagues
Extreme ownership, transparency, and open lines of communication coupled with a healthy sense of curiosity and an ability to find the silly in the serious are all qualities that I find invaluable in a teammate.
My communication style
Brevity isn't my strength and neither is sugar coating. Since neurodiversity is celebrated in our current zeitgeist, I feel comfortable saying I am proud to be ADHD. That said, I will usually speak fast if I am excited or passionate aka hyperfocused. You never have to ask me to tell you how I really feel because I've probably already told you 5x.
My pet peeves
Writing things down enables a higher level of thinking, and therefore, more focused action. When your brain isn't busy remembering everything, your brain can then process anything. For this reason, writing things down can help our brains prioritize which we should focus on and act on at any given moment. For all of these reasons, I PUSH for getting everything (yes everything) in writing. Having requests in writing tends to assuage the pet peeves I mentioned.
Fun fact
I opened for the Jonas Brothers back in the day before I could drive when I was a baby teen.
