John Valdez

John Valdez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in client services and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Client Services Analyst at KRONOS Worldwide, Inc. since January 2022, John has previously held roles at BayMark Health Services, including Sr IT Specialist and Technical Support Specialist from January 2017 to January 2022. Prior to that, John worked as a Help Desk Analyst at acpi from November 2013 to December 2016 and began the career at Dal-Tile Corporation as a Customer Service Representative from August 2002 to November 2013.
