Iveta Hagena

Iveta Hagena has extensive experience in account management and project management, currently serving as an Account Manager and Sales Support Specialist at KRONUS since January 2021. In this role, Iveta supports the sales team in the Asia & Pacific department through production order planning, delivery coordination, order processing, and communication among sales, production, and logistics. Prior to KRONUS, Iveta worked at Baltic Travel Group from October 2002 to September 2020 as a Project Manager for Inbound Tours, focusing on clients from German-speaking countries, preparing offers, and ensuring excellent customer service in the Baltic States and Russia. Additionally, Iveta held the position of Office Manager at ABSCHLIFF LATVIA for a brief period in early 2002. Iveta holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Latvijas Universitate.
