Barry Chiu

Barry Chiu is the CEO and Co-Founder of Kroo, where efforts focus on enhancing team efficiency by streamlining access to project information through advanced infrastructure and artificial intelligence since January 2024. Prior to this role, Barry Chiu gained experience in real estate private equity at Rockpoint from 2021 to 2024, engaging in investments and asset management, including notable construction projects. Barry Chiu also worked in investment banking at UBS from 2019 to 2021, specializing in real estate financing. Barry Chiu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Statistics from The Wharton School and attended Taipei American School.
