Tiago Sousa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tiago began their career in 2007 as a film freelancer, working as a writer, screenwriter, assistant director, director, and editor for short and feature films, documentaries, and TV. During this time, they achieved several accomplishments, including writing a TV series and gaining recognition for their work in film festivals.

Tiago then transitioned into the technology sector, working as a software developer for companies such as Santander UK Technology, Byte, ECS Digital, Easel TV, Habito, and Elliptic. Tiago gained experience in back-end development, using languages like TypeScript and databases like PostgreSQL. Tiago also utilized front-end development skills, including working with Elm.

Most recently, Tiago joined Kroo Bank as a senior software engineer in 2022. The progression in their career showcases their growth and expertise in the technology industry.
