Tom Hughes has a diverse work experience in the banking and customer service industry. Tom started their career in 2013 as a Technical Support Advisor at Dixons Carphone, where they provided technical assistance to customers through various channels. In 2017, they joined Ascensos as a Customer Service Advisor, handling delivery and returns inquiries and supervising other agents. Tom also worked as a Real Time Analyst at Ascensos, where they monitored call volumes and adjusted agent schedules. In 2019, Tom joined Starling Bank as a Resource Planning Analyst before moving to Kroo Bank in 2022 in the same role.
Tom Hughes attended the University of Chichester from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Computer Software Engineering.
