Wanwilai Wiwatteerakul's work experience begins in 2003, where they worked as an Information Analyst at Krungsri until 2007. Wanwilai then joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Risk Analyst from 2008 to 2009. After that, they worked at Ayudhya Capital Auto Lease PLC. from 2009 to 2014, primarily in the role of Risk-MIS Score. From 2014 to 2018, they held the position of AVP: Risk-MIS Model Management at Krungsri Auto Business - Bank of Ayudhaya PLC. Wanwilai then moved to KTB - Krung Thai Bank, where they served as AVP: CRM Campaign Management Team from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Infinitas by Krungthai as an Associate director: Business Innovations - Connext Business & CRM, before their current role as FAVP: Head of Risk - MIS Consumer Information Management at Krungsri Auto.

Wanwilai Wiwatteerakul holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Burapha University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. In addition to their formal education, they also received a certification in Google Ads from Google Digital Garage in June 2019.
