Sunil Mandava

Sunil Mandava is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as an Engineering Leader at Kshema General Insurance Limited since September 2023. Previously, Sunil held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Salesforce from April 2022 to August 2023 and served as Senior Software Engineering Manager at FINRA, where responsibilities included driving critical regulatory technology initiatives leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure. Sunil's background includes significant roles at Bank of America, where Sunil functioned as Senior Engineering Manager and SVP, focusing on digital and cloud transformation for Home Loan Servicing & Default Servicing Technology. Sunil also worked as a Technology Architect at CoreLogic and Bank of America, developing enterprise business rules and re-architecting legacy systems. Earlier experience includes positions at The Hartford Financial Services, Fair Isaac Corporation, and Citigroup, where Sunil designed and implemented complex technology solutions. Sunil holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
