Guillaume LECROC has a diverse work experience in the field of infrastructure and technical development. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Ingénieur développement J2EE at Sopra Group until 2014. Guillaume then joined Cnam (Caisse nationale de l’Assurance Maladie) in 2014, where they held multiple roles including Analyste Infrastructure Technique and Ingénieur Infrastructure Technique / DevOps. At Cnam, Guillaume was responsible for renovating the internal asynchronous flow exchange platform and acted as a reference for their area of expertise. Guillaume carried out tasks such as architecture review and selection of resilient open-source solutions, as well as modeling and standardization of exchanged data. Guillaume also contributed to improving the existing infrastructure, developing administration and operation tools, and implementing continuous deployment on a private cloud. Guillaume provided support to operations teams, collected needs for continuous improvement, analyzed incidents, and handled external support in both French and English. Guillaume's experience at Cnam involved working with technologies such as Kubernetes (Openshift), Docker, Helm, GitLab, Apache Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spring Boot 2, and PostgreSQL, among others. Finally, in 2022, Guillaume joined kShuttle as an Architecte Infrastructure Cloud & Support, where they likely continues to utilize their expertise in cloud infrastructure and support.
Guillaume LECROC obtained their engineering degree in Système d'information from ESEO in the period of 2007 to 2011. In 2015, they completed a technical course, namely Axway Sentinel Cursus technique, at Axway.
