Art Alvarado

Art Alvarado is a seasoned Senior Project Manager and Senior Designer with extensive experience in architectural design and project management, specializing in single-family and multi-family residential projects as well as resort-type hospitality suites. Currently employed at KTGY since December 2014, Art Alvarado has effectively collaborated with firm principals and clients, utilizing tools such as Photoshop and AutoCAD for presentations, drawing coordination, and entitlement processes. Previous roles include significant contributions at firms such as Angeleno Associates and Robert Hidey Architects, where responsibilities included interfacing with clients, consultants, and government agencies, site planning, and providing award-winning design solutions. Art Alvarado holds a B.A. in Architecture and Environmental Design from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
