Lucrecia Guillermina Varea has a diverse background in quality assurance (QA) analysis. Lucrecia Guillermina began their career at Akzo Nobel Argentina SA as a Joven Profesional from July 2012 to June 2013. Lucrecia Guillermina then joined the Autoridad Regulatoria Nuclear (ARN) in July 2013 and served as a Responsable de Experiencia Operativa en Centrales Nucleares until June 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Business and QA Analyst on an integrated incident tracking tool and implemented quality assurance processes for an internal tool.

In June 2018, Lucrecia joined Globant as a QA Analyst, where they worked on various renewed clients such as Spot On and Deloitte. Lucrecia Guillermina'sresponsibilities included all QA-related activities, such as testing, reporting, and planning. Lucrecia Guillermina continued their role at Globant until June 2022.

Currently, Lucrecia is employed at Kubikware as a QA Analyst, starting in June 2022. Lucrecia Guillermina'sresponsibilities include working on different projects, creating and maintaining test cases, executing and reporting weekly regression tests, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Lucrecia has gained extensive experience in QA analysis throughout their career, consistently demonstrating their skills and expertise in quality assurance processes.

Lucrecia Guillermina Varea's education history includes several degrees and specializations. From 2006 to 2012, they studied at the University of Buenos Aires and earned a degree in Ingeniera Química. In 2015, they pursued further specialization by attending the University of Buenos Aires again, where they obtained two separate degrees - one in Especialista en Seguridad Nuclear and another in Especialista en Protección Radiológica y Seguridad de las Fuentes de Radiación. In the same year, they also enrolled at the Universidad Nacional de San Martín and completed a specialization in Reactores Nucleares y su Ciclo de Combustible. Finally, in 2017, they attended the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional for a short period and obtained a diploma in Programa Ejecutivo en Project Management.
