Andrew Marshall

Andrew Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Andrew has held positions such as Vice President Sales, Marketing & Dealer Development at Kubota Canada Ltd. from 2022, Director of National Sales at the same company from 2019-2022, and Regional Director for Canada at CNH Industrial's New Holland division from 2017-2019. Andrew also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Prairie Green Renewable Energy, a bio-fuels company, from 2015-2017, and at Broadacre Agriculture Inc. from 2012-2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales for Canada at New Holland Agriculture in 2011, and as a Regional Sales Director at CNH in the same year. Andrew has held various positions at CNH Capital, including Regional Sales Manager from 2007-2011. Additionally, they were the VP of Operations at De Lage Landen from 2005-2007. Andrew Marshall started their career as an Operations Manager at CNH Capital in 2000 and also served as a Wholesale Finance Manager before becoming a Six Sigma Black Belt, where they worked to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings within the organization.

Andrew Marshall completed their Bachelor of Science (HK) in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at McMaster University from 1993 to 2000.
