John K. Mach

John K. Mach has over 15 years of experience in technology and operations, currently serving as Team Lead for Site Reliability Engineering and Technology Operations Specialist at Kudos® since April 2022. Previously, John was a Senior Systems Analyst at IT Partners, managing various client sites and virtual servers from December 2018 to March 2022. Prior roles include Senior IT Consultant and IT Consultant at Versalt Inc, where John guided junior consultants and managed technical support for client sites ranging from 10 to 500 personnel. John began the career at Guest-Tek, serving as Call Center Team Manager, and has also worked in software development and support roles at iTrack Solutions and SMART Technologies. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology.
