Thomas Miess

Thomas Miess is an experienced professional in the field of transport engineering, currently serving as the Head of Transport Engineering at Kuehne + Nagel since April 2017. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Transport Engineer at Heavylift@Sea GmbH from February 2015 to April 2017 and at Rickmers-Linie GmbH & Cie. KG from June 2011 to December 2013. Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Supply Chain Management from Kuehne Logistics University, obtained between 2019 and 2021, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from HSB Hochschule Bremen, completed in 2009.
