Niko Mikac

Niko Mikac is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at KUGU since September 2023, Niko previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Homeday GmbH from November 2021 to January 2023, contributing to the company's successful exit to Springer Group. At Wayfair, Niko was Vice President of Operations from December 2015 to October 2021, overseeing EU finance and supply chain projects. Earlier career highlights include Director of Operations at adidas group and various internships in manufacturing and sales planning at prominent companies such as BMW, Robert Bosch, and Daimler. Niko holds multiple degrees in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and University of Aalen, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Trade from the University of Lyon.
