Fatmir Sefa

Fatmir Sefa has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently working at Kujtesa since March 2022. Previously, Fatmir served as CTO at Artmotion from November 2017 to January 2022 and held various roles at ARTMOTION SH.P.K. from March 2011 to November 2017, including Project Manager and IP/MPLS NOC Team Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing the planning, configuration, and maintenance of core networks. Fatmir began the career as a Network Engineer at NOC for ARTMOTION Telecommunications from May 2010 to March 2011 and as a Network Administrator at ISP StarLink from January 2006 to November 2009. Fatmir holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
