Nickolas Giobres

Nickolas Giobres has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Nickolas is currently working as the Director of Construction at EPIC Companies since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Architect: Estimation at KUKUN from 2014 to the present, where they developed and refined estimation algorithms for the home remodel pricing engine.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Commercial Superintendent at Kilbourne Group, overseeing commercial construction projects. Before that, they were a Commercial Project Manager at D&M Industries from 2016 to 2018.

Nickolas also has experience as a Construction Manager at Verity Homes in Fargo, North Dakota from 2015 to 2016, where they successfully managed the development of single and large multi-family developments. Prior to this, they held the role of Construction Manager at Thomsen Homes from 2013 to 2014, overseeing the construction of single-family residential homes.

Before transitioning to the construction industry, they owned Vision Renovations, a general contracting service provider specializing in home and commercial remodeling, from 2005 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Sculptor at Studio Design Associates from 2000 to 2002.

Throughout their career, Nickolas has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of construction project management, estimation algorithms, and execution strategies.

Nickolas Giobres has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Junipero Serra High School from 1992 to 1995 for their high school education. In terms of additional certifications, Nickolas obtained an OSHA 30 certification from OSHA in March 2020, an OSHA 10 certification in January 2014, and a General Building Contractor certification from the State of California, Contractors State License Board in October 2005.
