Jun Ping

Jun Ping, Daniel Tan has a strong work experience spanning over two decades in various roles within the semiconductor industry. Jun Ping, Daniel started their career at Micron Technology (TECH Semiconductor PTE. LTD) as an Engineer, gaining proficiency in 6sigma, LEAN, GMP, TPM, Kepner Tregoe Critical Thinking. During their time there, they also gained experiences in Operations Management, Project Management, New Product Development, Transfer of Technology, and Total Quality Management.

Jun Ping, Daniel then moved on to INTEVAC Inc, where they initially served as a Customer Service Section Head and was later promoted to QA Section Head. Jun Ping, Daniel was responsible for establishing a new QA department, including functions for supplier selection, qualification and development, incoming & outgoing QA, and in-process QA. Jun Ping, Daniel was also appointed as Management Representative (MR) to develop and establish the company's quality management strategy, system, procedures, and processes.

After that, Tan joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES Inc as a Manager in ThinFilm/RTA Process and Equipment. Jun Ping, Daniel held this role for three years before transitioning to Kulicke and Soffa as a Senior Manager in Customer Quality Engineering. In this role, they led a strong team of 13 in a High Mix Low Volume business environment, managing post-sales of products and services for worldwide customer accounts.

Currently, Tan is serving as the Director of Product Management at Kulicke and Soffa. In this position, they own and drives product portfolio strategy to increase market share. Jun Ping, Daniel is also responsible for managing the product's life cycle from "cradle to grave."

Jun Ping's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, which was attained from 1995 to 1998. Jun Ping later pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering from the same institution, completing it from 1998 to 2000. Finally, Jun Ping pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Master in Business Administration from The University of Manchester, studying from 2012 to 2014.

Daniel Tan's education history includes a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. This degree was obtained from 1998 to 2000.
